The osterker at the dining area shows the slope situation in its entirety and is like a small curiosity of the Louis Nathan avenue. The French windows with their French balconies on the south side are like viewing platforms to a seasonally changing painting. In the leafless period, the whole place is in view. Spring and summer create a symphony in green, which slowly fades out in autumn with a firework of colors. The south-west terrace at the living area and the exit from the large bedroom lead from the ground level meadow green directly into the adjacent park.
