Curiosity - widens the view

Description:

"He who is not curious learns nothing," wrote Goethe, and one may assume that he was not the only one who would have felt at home in this multifaceted apartment. A communicative kitchen block centers the space, in line of sight with the large dining table with morning sun. Three double French doors facing south let the sun in also to the living area, adjoined by the terrace facing west. There are three sleeping options: the study with folding couch, a small bedroom and a large bedroom with impressive meadow-forest and park panorama.

In no other apartment you experience the peculiarity of the location of the Parkchâlet more than here. The osterker at the dining area shows the slope situation in its entirety and is like a small curiosity of the Louis Nathan avenue. The French windows with their French balconies on the south side are like viewing platforms to a seasonally changing painting. In the leafless period, the whole place is in view. Spring and summer create a symphony in green, which slowly fades out in autumn with a firework of colors. The south-west terrace at the living area and the exit from the large bedroom lead from the ground level meadow green directly into the adjacent park. The views from the bedrooms reward waking up and setting the mood for what the day has in store.
