Von April bis November gilt eine minimum rental period of 4 nights Unsere Anreisetage sind möglichst Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag. In den Easter, summer and autumn vacations as well as Christmas & New Year's Eve we rent by the week.For 2-3 nights we welcome you in winter or on short-term request.
Please fill out the request form,then we will inform you if the planned period is available and reserve the apartment for you. After that you will receive a rental contract, den Sie mit Ihrer Unterschrift per E-mail an uns zurückschicken. Only the rental contract signed by tenant and landlord rental contract is considered a binding booking.
Our cancellation conditions: If you do not arrive, you will have to pay 80% of the agreed rental price. If it is possible to sublet to other guests, only 20% of the agreed rental price has to be paid.
