Von April bis November gilt eine\u00a0minimum rental period<\/strong>\u00a0of 4 nights<\/strong> Unsere Anreisetage sind m\u00f6glichst Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag. In den Easter, summer and autumn vacations as well as Christmas & New Year's Eve we rent by the week.<\/strong>For 2-3 nights we welcome you in winter or on short-term request.<\/h4>\n

Please fill out the request form,<\/strong>then we will inform you if the planned period is available and reserve the apartment for you. After that you will receive a rental contract<\/u><\/a>, den Sie mit Ihrer Unterschrift per E-mail an uns zur\u00fcckschicken.\u00a0<\/span>Only the rental contract signed by tenant and landlord <\/span>rental contract<\/u><\/a><\/span>\u00a0is considered a binding booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Our cancellation conditions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>If you do not arrive, you will have to pay 80% of the agreed rental price.\u00a0<\/span>If it is possible to sublet to other guests, only 20% of the agreed rental price has to be paid.<\/span><\/h4>\n
